Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping for retail purchases to shipping addresses in Australia via Australia Post. Using our free shipping option, shipping typically takes 3-7 days. For Australian customers, we offer also expedited shipping at an additional cost and it may be selected upon checkout for the listed fee. For all other countries we have standard shipping rates listed in the checkout page. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

International Orders

All international customers are responsible for checking with their country’s import authorities before placing an order. Your country may have restrictions on the import of mushroom products that would prohibit our products from being shipped to your location. Reishi will not be responsible for international shipments that are not permitted due to import restrictions. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the acceptability of those products that they wish to order prior to placing an order. Reishi will not be held responsible for any tax or customs duties placed on international orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their country’s import tax or import duty policy.

If outward damage occurred to your product during shipping please make note of it and contact us within 14 days at the above email. We will happily process a refund or replace the damage products.
